All attendees must review and agree to these rules before entering the event. By participating, you confirm your understanding and acceptance of these guidelines.

What Happens @ Paradise House Parties Stays at Paradise House Parties.
1. Age Verification, Attendance and Participation
- You must be on the verified guest list to attend.
- If you are not on the guest list you will not be admitted.
- If you bring someone with you who is not on the guest list, none of you will be admitted.
- All participants must be 21 years of age or older. IDs may be checked upon entry.
- If you sign up and no-show more than 3 times, be aware that you may be removed from the guest list automatically. As well as you may have to donate up front before being allowed back to one of our events. Our guest list are not private you do not have to be on it to see it.
- Participation is voluntary, and no one should feel pressured to engage in any activity.
2. Respect for Consent
- Consent is mandatory. Always ask before initiating any physical contact.
- "No" means no, and boundaries must be respected at all times.
- A "safe word" system may be established for participants to indicate discomfort or a desire to stop.
3. Confidentiality and Privacy
- Do not share the location, directions, or address of the facility with your friends. Any approved guests will receive that information directly from the hosts.
- Discretion is paramount. What happens at the event stays at the event.
- No photography, video recording, or sharing details about other attendees without explicit consent.
4. Cleanliness and Hygiene
- Personal hygiene is a priority. Please arrive clean and well-groomed.
- Mouthwash and freshen up wipes are provided in all restroom areas.
5. Alcohol and Substances
- Responsible alcohol consumption is allowed. This is a BYOB event.
- No illegal drugs are permitted on the premises. We are 420 friendly, but remember smoking is only allowed outdoors.
- Anyone appearing overly intoxicated may not be allowed to enter, and could be asked to leave with a safe driver.
6. Conduct and Behavior
- Respectful behavior is expected at all times. Harassment, aggressive behavior, or inappropriate advances will not be tolerated.
- Individuals or couples found violating rules or engaging in disruptive behavior may be removed from the event.
7. No Drama
- This is a drama-free event. Arguments, hostility, or disruptive behavior will not be tolerated. Keep interactions respectful and positive.
8. No Smoking Indoors
- Smoking, including e-cigarettes and vaping, is not permitted inside the house.
- Please only smoke outdoors and away from any entry doors.
9. Driveway Etiquette
- For the safety of all attendees and neighbors, do not speed down the driveway. A maximum speed of 5 MPH is required.
10. Cleaning Up After Yourself
- Be courteous and clean up after yourself. Dispose of trash properly and ensure shared spaces are left tidy for others.
11. Respect Other People's Belongings
- Do not touch, use, or take items that do not belong to you without explicit permission from the owner.
12. Doors Must Remain Open
- All doors, except for bathroom doors, must remain open at all times. This is to ensure transparency, safety and comfort for all attendees.
13. Attire and Dress Code
- A theme or dress code may be provided. Attendees are encouraged to participate but should wear attire they are comfortable with.
- Nudity is permitted.
14. Designated Spaces
- Different areas may be designated for socializing, private activities, and group activities. Respect the purpose of each space.
15. No Means No
- If someone declines an invitation to interact, respect their decision without argument or pressure.
16. Hosts’ Authority
- The hosts or their designated agents reserve the right to enforce these rules and remove individuals who do not comply.
- Hosts and their designated agents are available to address any concerns or issues during the event.
17. Single Men Requirements and Limitations
- Single men are limited and required explicit approval of the hosts.
- Single men cannot be approved to attend as a “couple” from a single man profile just because they have a date for the evening. No Date to the door.
- If you try to by-pass this rule, not only will the single male not be allowed neither will you.
18. Condoms and Condom wrappers
- There are trash cans in every room. If you are seen throwing condoms or wrappers anywhere but the trash can you will be asked to leave.
- If one of the hosts enters a room after you have played and finds it in an unclean state, you will be asked to return and clean up your mess.
19. Doors and drawers marked "Do not Open" :
- If you are seen opening a door marked not to open you will be asked to leave.
- If you are seen going through a drawer, closet or any other personal space you will be asked to leave.
- This is our personal house, do not go through our stuff! If you need something find us and ask! You will find we are very accommodating to those who act respectfully.
20. NO GLASS IN OR AROUND THE POOL (CONCRETE AREA)!
- This includes bottles and glass cups/containers
- No glass containers of any kind in the pool or on the pavement outside.
21. Cabana/Tent Rules:
- The person(s) that rented the cabana/tent decides who can go inside.
- If you are not invited in do not open or go inside.
- No smoking or vaping inside the Cabana/tent, if caught you will pay a $200 cleaning fee.
- If you damage the cabana/tent in anyway you will be responsible for the full price to replace it.
22. Pool Rules:
- NO running around the pool. There are other guests here, be respectful.
- NO Diving, cannon balls, or Jumping into the pool. Be respectful of others not wanting to be wet.
- Do not block the stairs in or out of the pool, again be respectful.
23. Getting Sick:
- We understand drinking and having a good time, but please be responsible!
- You will be responsible for cleaning up any mess you make from being sick! We are not babysitters.
